Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Deliveries and pick ups do not happen on weekends or holidays. Deliveries are only possible before 5 pm EST. We will let you know via email and updates on the website if we are expecting any delays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expected shipping times will be displayed at check out. We can only mail within the contiguous US at this time. Delivery delays may occur given unforeseen circumstances, whether by us or ther shipping company. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Only USPS can be used to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses here.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Let your customers know when they’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number if relevant. If you scheduled a pick up, you will receive notifications via the means selected at checkout. 

Damages

That Drawer, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking pictures is often also helpful. 

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship outside of the contiguous US.
